Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience independently managing employee relations matters including investigations and corrective action.
• Experience coaching frontline and mid-level leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build credibility across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for the Lebanon Distribution Center.
• Translate business needs into practical people strategies and HR priorities.
• Lead day-to-day employee relations matters, investigations, performance counseling, and corrective action.
• Coach leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, and consistent employment decisions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and internal movement for hourly and salaried roles.
• Coordinate employee changes with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Legal.
