ManpowerGroup in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to join the onsite team and support payroll, benefits administration, employee relations and HR operations.

This direct-hire role requires an Associate degree or higher, SHRM certification, at least 3 years of HR experience, and full professional fluency in Spanish and English. Salary is $70,000–$75,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• SHRM Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience or equivalent.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience in HR administration, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee support and relations, HR compliance and policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
• Process and coordinate payroll activities accurately and on time.
• Manage employee benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Support employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding, records management, and HR documentation.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce initiatives and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
