Job summary

Outerspace is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at our Pennsylvania facility. The role includes onboarding, employee relations, payroll backup, and policy implementation, with a focus on maintaining compliant processes and a positive employee experience.

The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, have HRIS/MS Office proficiency, and hold a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. SHRM-CP is a plus, with 1–3 years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong HR policy knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office, HRIS, and related HR software.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee recognition programs.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding data entry and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide HR advisory support on health insurance, absences, conduct, and employee relations.
