Xpedient Logistics in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across multiple locations in the United States and Canada. This hands-on role handles payroll, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in 3PL, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, especially CA and IL; Canadian regulations a plus.
• Experience with payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and policy creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payrolls (weekly and biweekly) across multistate locations.
• Review timekeeping, payroll adjustments, deductions, and employee data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Finance and payroll vendors to reconcile payroll data.
• Administer employee benefits and inquiries.
