Zusammenfassung

Xpedient Logistics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across multiple locations in the United States and Canada. This full-time role in Dallas, TX handles payroll, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and timeliness. Strong knowledge of wage laws and ADP Workforce Now is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish; fluent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in 3PL, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws; CA/IL familiarity a plus; Canadian regs a plus.
• Proven experience with payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and policy creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Process and audit payrolls, weekly and biweekly, across multistate payrolls (CA, IL).
• Review timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, deductions, and employee data for accuracy.
• Partner with Finance and payroll vendors to reconcile payroll information and resolve issues.
• Administer benefits enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now.
