You will collaborate with the HR Manager and Director to ensure compliance and efficiency while supporting a bilingual workforce.

The role requires 3–5 years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong written/spoken English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years human resources experience.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing industry preferred.
• PHR Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages benefits including health, dental, life, 401k, and FMLA; liaison between employee, broker, and carrier.
• Oversees payroll management, processes, and auditing; maintains HRIS/payroll data.
• Assists in recruitment: postings, scheduling, applicant records.
• Develops and administers HR policies; updates employee handbook.
• Supports onboarding, orientation, and performance reviews; prepares forms and reports.
• Maintains EEO-1 data; works with other departments on HR projects.
