Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for Mesa Manufacturing. This hybrid, full-time role supports the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to investigations and retention, across shifts and facilities.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years’ progressive HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a background in manufacturing environments. The role reports to the Director of HR and offers robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years of onsite HR experience in manufacturing or similar operations.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for Mesa Manufacturing employees and leaders.
• Build relationships across shifts and departments; maintain confidentiality.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support corrective actions.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruiting support, and retention initiatives.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims, safety documentation, and leave administration.
• Engage employees through recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
