EmployBridge is seeking a bilingual HR Recruiter in the United States to manage full-cycle recruiting, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with department leaders on staffing and workforce planning.

You will assist with onboarding, conduct new hire check-ins, translate communications between English and Spanish, and support supervisors with documentation and incident reporting to maintain compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional, approachable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates through offer acceptance.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner with department leaders to support staffing and workforce planning needs.
• Assist with onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct new hire follow-ups and employee check-ins to support engagement and retention.
• Translate employee communications, HR documents, and safety information between English and Spanish.
• Support supervisors with employee documentation, performance conversations, and incident reporting.
• Help maintain positive employee relations while ensuring HR processes are followed consistently.
