You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management while partnering with leadership to promote engagement and a positive culture. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong knowledge of US employment laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day employee relations issues and provide guidance.
• Execute recruitment and onboarding processes for manufacturing needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate on performance management programs and development plans.
• Conduct HR trainings on policies and compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and report to leadership.
