Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus.

• Support employee relations across manufacturing operations.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Oversee performance management programs.
