Job summary

STEEL CRAFT is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions at our Wisconsin facilities. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, leave programs, training initiatives, and HR policy development while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, experience with HRIS/payroll systems, and the ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
• Experience administering leave programs (FMLA, STD/LTD) and HR policies.
• Proficiency with AI tools and HRIS (e.g., Paycom) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes from screening to orientation.
• Handle employee relations and investigations with bilingual support.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, STD/LTD) and benefits.
• Develop and update HR policies; maintain HR records and compliance.
• Assist with training, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
