In this role you will support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance and employee engagement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. Join a collaborative team that values people and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus.

What we're looking for:
