Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support manufacturing operations from Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager and covers full cycle recruitment, record maintenance, and benefits administration on site.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with 2+ years of administrative experience and a Bachelor's degree or progress toward one, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel and familiarity with ADP.

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative experience
Bachelor’s degree or progress toward relevant degree
Manufacturing experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel)

Responsibilities

Full cycle recruitment with adherence to policies within the Recruitment Management system
Record retention of personnel files, medical files, and I-9 forms; monthly audits
Translate Spanish/English to support department managers (safety orientation, employee relations, benefits)
Support attendance tracking and policy enforcement
Maintain and administer HR reports and records per state and federal laws
Administer employee benefits including insurance
Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement events
Comply with company policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned by management
