Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing operation. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and policy compliance while partnering with managers.

The role requires strong English and Spanish language skills, 2+ years of administrative experience, and a Bachelor's degree or progress toward one. ADP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or current pursuit in a relevant field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment with adherence to processes and policies.
• Maintain employee personnel files, medical files, and I-9 forms with monthly audits.
• Translate Spanish/English to support department managers as needed.
• Support attendance tracking and facilitation of the attendance policy.
• Administer employee benefits including insurance.
• Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement events.
