Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking an HR Generalist for Manufacturing Operations in Mesa, AZ. This hybrid role supports the full employee lifecycle and partners with leadership to foster a compliant, engaging, high-performing workplace.

You will handle employee relations, onboarding, retention, safety coordination, and HR program implementation while collaborating across shifts and departments to strengthen culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years onsite HR experience supporting manufacturing or similar operations.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and confidential matters.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite HR contact for Mesa Manufacturing employees and leaders.
• Build relationships with employees across shifts and departments.
• Coordinate employee relations, investigations, and confidentiality with professionalism.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance, attendance, and accountability.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, retention initiatives, and related programs.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
