ARBORWORKS LLC in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist to support a centralized HR shared services model across multiple states. This hybrid role handles employee relations, onboarding coordination, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HRIS management, and HR projects to keep programs compliant and efficient.

You will work with managers and staff, ensuring policy enforcement and accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in employee relations or related HR operations.
  • Foundational knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (ADP preferred or similar).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary HR point of contact for routine HR policy, procedure, and employee relations questions via shared services channels.
  • Support employee relations case intake with documentation, investigations, and corrective action processes under HR leadership guidance.
  • Help managers with performance management activities, including documentation and employee coaching support.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee relations documentation and track cases from intake through resolution with appropriate follow-up.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk matters to HR leadership while maintaining confidentiality and policy consistency.
  • Support compliance across supported states, including I-9 processing, personnel file audits, and record retention practices.
  • Track compliance updates and assist with implementation of policy or process changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems (ADP or similar) and assist with HR reporting, audits, data tracking, and metrics.
  • Support improvements to shared services workflows and documentation, and assist assigned employee groups or functional areas within the shared services model.
  • Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee education; respond to routine benefits and leave inquiries.
  • Assist with leave administration processes, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leaves, by tracking documentation and timelines.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors and internal partners to help resolve employee questions.
  • Support hiring and onboarding activities, including job postings, background checks, new hire documentation, onboarding coordination, and HR system setup.
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, training coordination, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Support HR communications and company-wide HR programs as assigned.

Join ARBORWORKS LLC as a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist in a centralized HR shared services environment. This hybrid role (Prescott Valley, AZ) supports managers and employees across multiple states, helping keep HR programs running smoothly while ensuring consistent, compliant support. You will manage a variety of day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance support, onboarding coordination, and benefits and leave administration.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year. Location: Prescott Valley, AZ (hybrid).

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee relations support, or related HR operations roles
  • Foundational knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (ADP preferred or similar systems)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and follow-up
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
