Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is hiring a Bilingual Production Lead to manage daily production, ensure quality, and lead a diverse team on the Mesa, AZ site. You will enforce GMPs, coordinate staffing, monitor safety, and maintain documentation to keep operations compliant and efficient.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership in a food/manufacturing setting, English/Spanish bilingual ability, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Evening shifts and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on leadership experience in a food or supplement manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards, with experience enforcing them on the production floor.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to give instructions and answer questions in real time.
• Ability to lead on the floor, delegate work, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort with production documentation (batch records, logs, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution by assigning work and setting priorities.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and equipment to meet production goals.
• Enforce GMPs and food safety standards across the line.
• Monitor quality with checks on labels, dates, and weights.
• Speak up and escalate safety or quality issues as needed.
• Oversee changeovers and line setups for each run.
• Maintain production documentation and batch records.
• Support and guide a bilingual production team on the floor.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with QA and Maintenance to resolve issues.
