Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Experience with HRIS systems (such as ADP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations, performance evaluations, probationary reviews, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave requests.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Process employment verifications and HR-related documentation.
• Partner with managers on staffing, workforce planning, and development.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
