Job summary

Hitek Truss is seeking an HR Generalist who is bilingual in English and Spanish to support Brooksville and a new location in Palmetto. The role covers payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and performance management, with travel between sites.

You will partner with Rival HR and company leadership to implement policies, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality HR support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or highly preferred.
• 5+ years HR management experience; SHRM-CP/SCHRM-SCP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or human resources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; change management.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems; discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Promote company mission, values, and culture across Brooksville and Palmetto locations.
• Collaborate with Rival HR team to ensure consistent HR practices and policies.
• Oversee talent acquisition, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance in partnership with leadership.
