Job summary

Hitek Truss seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and performance management for our Brooksville and Palmetto locations. The role focuses on high-trust culture, detailed records, and proactive employee relations.

You will collaborate with Rival HR teams to implement policies, manage leave, and ensure federal/state compliance while supporting company growth and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for daily communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or HR preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll processing and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, including leave tracking.
• Partner with leadership on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
