Job summary

Generac is seeking an HR Generalist to implement HR policies and administer programs covering communication, performance management, and recognition across employees. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and serve as a trusted advisor to supervisors on ER and development matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday HR system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal groups to coordinate HR programs for a business function.
• Implement and enforce engagement and performance policies.
• Advise supervisors on employee relations and development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing and branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
