Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Claremore, OK is seeking a bilingual Human Resources & Administrative Support Professional to act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will blend front office duties with HR support and executive admin tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with production and office staff, with bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in HR or Admin preferred.
• 1–3 years administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience preferred (manufacturing a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Support onboarding, interviews, and HR communications while directing sensitive questions to HR.
• Provide executive administrative support to HR leadership and designated executives.
• Coordinate front office operations, scheduling, and visitor access; maintain professional reception.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and confidential records handling.
