You will handle front-desk duties plus HR admin tasks, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify documentation, and applicant tracking in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; you will protect confidential information and deliver professional service while coordinating with the HR team to support hiring

Qualificações

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
• Experience in reception, HR coordination, onboarding, or administrative support is preferred.
• HR education or related training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome applicants, associates, visitors, and others interacting with Human Resources in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and employment inquiries.
• Assist applicants with online employment applications and the pre-employment process.
• Maintain a professional, organized, welcoming reception environment.
• Protect confidential information while delivering responsive service.
