Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Stord, seeks a bilingual HR Coordinator to serve as the essential HR point of contact for the warehouse, partnering with local operations to ensure a positive employee experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with focus on culture and compliance in a fast-growing startup.

The role sits onsite from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with responsibilities spanning employee relations, attendance reporting, SOP development, and collaboration with management and the 1P People

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to influence change and foster inclusivity.
• Strong employee engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments preferred.
• Knowledge of HR fundamentals and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse-related matters, providing consistent and dependable support.
• Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.
• Provide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency.
• Advocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions.
• Enforce people policies with input from the operations team to ensure best practices.
• Create and maintain a positive culture that balances operational efficiency with supportive people programs.
• Organize and implement ideas for employee engagement and operational excellence, in collaboration with the 1P People team.
