Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time/attendance, and benefits questions.
• Provide attendance reports to operations leadership and track attendance metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Advocate for employees while enabling managers to self-advocate.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities.
• Enforce people policies with input from the operations team.
• Foster a positive culture balancing operational efficiency with people programs.
• Collaborate with the 1P People team on engagement and operational excellence initiatives.
