Job summary

STORD is hiring a bilingual HR Coordinator to serve as the HR point of contact for the warehouse, partnering with operations to foster a positive employee experience and ensure consistent culture across the site. The role focuses on advocacy for employees, collaboration with leadership, and delivering day-to-day HR support in a fast-moving startup environment.

The position sits onsite from 7:00am to 3:30pm and requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong people skills, and a proactive

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse, providing consistent and dependable support.
• Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions.
• Provide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency.
• Advocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions.
• Enforce people policies with input from the operations team to ensure best practices.
• Create and maintain a positive culture that balances operational efficiency with supportive people programs.
• Organize and implement ideas for employee engagement and operational excellence, in collaboration with the 1P People team.
