Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Bilingual HR Representative to support a busy HR team in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on leave administration, benefits support, employee engagement, recruitment assistance, and general HR tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual English/Spanish, highly organized, discreet with confidential information, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing excellent employee support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of FMLA and Leave of Absence administration experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience presenting or facilitating training sessions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer FMLA and Leave of Absence programs.
• Manage administrative processes related to attendance tracking and reporting.
• Support employee benefits enrollment for new hires, annual open enrollment, and qualifying life events.
• Organize employee recognition programs, events, and engagement activities.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
• Provide administrative support including answering phones, filing, copying, and document management.
• Offer backup support for payroll-related functions as needed.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and employment matters.
• Interpret and translate company communications and documents in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
