Job summary

Faribault Foods, Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations at the facility in Faribault, MN.

You will provide exceptional service to employees, supervisors, and managers while assisting recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and administrative HR processes. You will coordinate hourly temporary staffing with agencies, process new hire paperwork, maintain files in accordance with regulations, and support onboarding, time and attendance, and benefits inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of human resources experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and/or temporary staffing coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and provide customer service to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Coordinate hourly temporary staffing activities with staffing agencies and handle related communications.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment screenings.
• Manage time and attendance systems and security badge processes.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide information on company benefits.
