Job summary

American Foods Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Specialist to lead the full cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing positions at our Long Prairie, MN facility. You will partner with facility leadership to assess hiring needs and implement short- and long-term staffing strategies aligned with company goals.

You will source, screen, interview, and manage offers; coordinate job fairs; leverage social media; and track KPIs to continually improve recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for hourly manufacturing employees.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting in beef/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole communication; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles.
• Partner with plant leadership to assess hiring needs and implement staffing strategies.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate job fairs and campus outreach; utilize social media to attract talent.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
