Uline, based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support on-site hiring and onboarding for our Wisconsin distribution center. You will engage with candidates, schedule interviews, and help new hires navigate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start with the company.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) where preferred, with opportunities to grow within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and answer candidate questions.
• Assist new hires with onboarding documents and recordkeeping.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and maintain candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams and management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support and assist with weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
