Uline Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie is hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to be the go-to person for candidates and new hires, shaping their first experiences with us by ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2+ years in HR or administrative roles, and strong written/verbal communication in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field is required.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assist with onboarding documents.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and maintain candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
