You will schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment assessments, and manage onboarding documents. The role includes communicating candidate details to interview teams, managing the HR email inbox, and supporting weekly recruiting summaries in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required, fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates and answer questions; assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and maintain candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
