Job summary

Izzio Bakery, a fast-paced artisan bread producer with two Colorado facilities, seeks an HR Specialist/Coordinator to support daily HR operations across Louisville and Thornton. You will handle onboarding, employee relations, records, compliance, timekeeping, payroll support, and bilingual communications (English/Spanish) for a diverse production team.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing HR, a proactive, team-first mindset, and the ability to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for on-floor support and communications.
• 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
• Adaptable, fast learner with a proactive approach to HR processes.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees in English and Spanish.
• Handle onboarding, employee relations, compliance, I-9/E-Verify, and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate hiring for hourly manufacturing roles (Production, Packaging, Sanitation, Warehouse).
• Schedule interviews and manage pre-employment requirements.
