Job summary

Windigo Logistics Llc in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a highly organized HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, assist recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee records, and deliver excellent service to staff and managers.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining HRIS data in ADP, conducting new-hire orientations, and helping resolve employee relations issues. Bilingual preferred; must be able to work M-F 10AM-7PM.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
• Track applications with ATS and manage interview process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to complete paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Provide support with employee relations and issue resolution.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
