Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 2 years of manufacturing or production facility experience (800+ employees preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and positive energy.
• Collaborative mindset across departments and management levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for employees in English and Spanish.
• Support daily HR operations, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions (Production, Packaging, Sanitation, Warehouse).
• Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Conduct new-hire onboarding and ensure required documentation is completed.
