Job summary

Moss is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support assigned project sites in Rosebud, Texas 76570. The role partners with field leadership to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, driving a positive employee experience and operational success.

You will manage onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, coordinate new hire onboarding, and ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing while upholding HR policies and compliance across field

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and field operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company programs while escalating complex employee relations matters appropriately.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data while supporting reporting and compliance requirements.
• Partner with HR and operational teams on compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, workforce development initiatives, and special projects.

What You'll Do

What We\'re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply policies consistently and fairly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction, energy, or industrial industry experience is preferred but not required.
