Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bilingual Employee Support — Provide HR assistance and translate information for Spanish-speaking employees.
• Onboarding & Orientation — Conduct bilingual orientations, prepare new-hire packets, and ensure GMP/FDA training in both languages.
• Recruiting Support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications in English and Spanish.
• HRIS & Records — Maintain employee files, update HRIS data, and support audit readiness.
• Compliance Tracking — Monitor I-9s, E-Verify, assist with GMP training logs and warehouse compliance docs.
• Benefits Support — Help employees understand benefits, enrollment steps, and qualifying events in both languages.
• Payroll & Timekeeping — Support timecard corrections, attendance, and payroll prep.
• Employee Relations Intake — Document concerns, translate statements, and escalate to HR leadership.
