You will maintain employee files, assist with onboarding, schedule interviews, and coordinate communications with applicants and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and discreet about confidential information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to communicate professionally in speaking and writing.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or admin support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, visitors, and clients.
• Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
• Assist applicants with employment inquiries, applications, and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee personnel files.
• Support recruiting efforts, including contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
• Assist with candidate communications, and recruiting documentation.
• Ensure employee records and onboarding documents are completed and filed accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting and operations teams.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and service-oriented approach when interacting with employees and clients.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
