Job summary

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to own payroll across the company’s affiliated entities.

This role serves as the lead HR advisor to executive leadership, overseeing employee relations, benefits, HRIS governance, and compliance for a multi-site workforce. Fluency in English and Spanish and hands-on payroll experience are required, with Paylocity knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on payroll ownership and multi-site experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for sensitive employee discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive HR experience with payroll responsibilities.
• Direct Paylocity payroll and HRIS experience.
• Experience with prevailing wage/certified-payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll lifecycle for multi-site entities.
• Administer payroll through Paylocity and maintain HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll inputs across departments and locations with controls.
• Advise executives on employee relations, workforce planning, and policy.
• Lead HR policy administration, benefits, and HRIS governance across the org.
