Responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll lifecycle—from preparation to reconciliation.
• Administer payroll through Paylocity and maintain accurate HR data.
• Coordinate payroll inputs across entities, departments, and locations.
• Support employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS governance, and compliance.
• Lead HR policy administration and performance management across a multi-site workforce.
• Provide HR guidance in English and Spanish and assist executives.
