Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions across performance management, development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations in a Ft. Lauderdale manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, proficiency with HRIS, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Salary is up to $80,000 with full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/construction/industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management programs and employee development plans.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, COBRA, HIPAA).
• Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.
