MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Ferdinand, IN is seeking an HR Associate to provide day-to-day HR support at our Ferdinand manufacturing location. The role includes HR policy guidance, employee records, and Spanish language support to facilitate effective communication with a diverse workforce.

You will assist with HR processes, engagement activities, and Workday reporting while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a positive employee experience.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and functional support for HR activities in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners.
• Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and resources.
• Support employee engagement events and initiatives contributing to a positive employee experience.
• Maintain employee documentation, records, reports and electronic files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support Workday administration, reporting and employee data maintenance.
• Coordinate employee badges and facility access.
• Assist HR leaders with employee relations activities, including documentation and policy interpretation.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Maintain HR reports, logs and metrics.
• Provide verbal and written Spanish language translation and interpretation support for workplace communications.
