Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Ferdinand, Indiana is seeking an HR Associate to provide day-to-day HR support to employees and business partners at our manufacturing location. The role includes Spanish language support to facilitate effective communication with our workforce.

You will assist with HR processes, documentation, and employee engagement activities, maintain confidential records, and support Workday administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in HR or HR administration.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and business partners in a manufacturing environment.
• Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners.
• Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and resources.
• Support employee engagement events and other initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
• Maintain employee documentation, records, reports, and electronic files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support Workday administration, reporting, and employee data maintenance.
• Coordinate employee badges and facility access; assist with relations and policy interpretation.
• Provide verbal and written Spanish language translation and interpretation for workplace communications.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Maintain HR reports, logs, and metrics.
