Job summary

IFAB Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations across the site. You will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse workforce. The role emphasizes employee relations, policy implementation, and workforce development in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish—required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, professionals, and leadership roles.
• Lead performance management processes, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and policy implementation; support workforce development.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and payroll coordination as needed.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and other applicable laws.
