Impec Group is seeking an HR Associate to support recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.

The position involves onboarding/offboarding, payroll enrollment, and HR project support, with occasional client site visits. Relevant HR coursework is preferred and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• HR coursework or degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in HR in the service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: post ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, evaluate hiring recommendations.
• On/Off boarding: coordinate new hire orientation and exit interviews.
• Employee Relations: support trust, address inquiries, conflicts, and policy compliance in bilingual capacity.
• Documentation: maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy; process payroll and benefits enrollment.
• Lead HR projects and support HR Manager; on-site presence and occasional client site visits.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Schedule requires on-site presence.

Pay Range: $33/hr. - $39 /hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, evaluating hiring recommendations

• On/Off boarding: Facilitate with new hire orientation and exit interviews.

• Employee Relations: Build trust among employees and promote company core values. Address employee inquiries, conflicts and company polices compliances in a bilingual capacity.

• Documentation: Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Process payroll and benefit enrolment.

• Employee Training and development.
• Lead some HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Support HR Manager as needed.
• Onsite presence and occasional client site visits required.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

• Education: Coursework or background in Human Resources or a related field.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR in the service industry is preferred
