The bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate will greet visitors, assist with benefits questions, and help maintain compliance with federal and state laws while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Previous HR, office administration, reception, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Employee File Management: Scan, organize, and maintain documents (new hire paperwork, benefits forms, records).
• Event Support: Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events and trainings.
• Employee Assistance: Serve as point of contact for benefits questions and HR inquiries.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with orientation and ensure employment docs are filed properly.
• HR Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare documents, data entry, clerical tasks.
• Front Desk Coverage: Greet visitors, answer calls, direct inquiries.
• Compliance Assistance: Support HR initiatives and help maintain compliance with laws and policies.
