Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR assistant or coordinator.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HCMS, ATS, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with applications, assessments, and inquiries.
• Maintain front counter, lobby, kiosks, and HR spaces, ensuring cleanliness and stock.
• Perform administrative duties: employee records, data entry, reports, supplies.
• Manage badges, licenses, and renewals for team members.
• Coordinate talent auditions, interviews, and new hire orientation.
• Support internal communications, portals, and notices.
• Reserve training facilities and audiovisual equipment.
• Assist with engagement, wellness, and retention events.
• Promote superior guest service in all interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality in HR matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
