United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona is seeking a full-time Bilingual HR Assistant for our Tucson office. The candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• High degree of professionalism and commitment to serving people with disabilities.
• Able to learn and operate agency program software and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: hire staff, attend job fairs, process applications and conduct interviews.
• Documentation: maintain staff files, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Compliance: follow policies, protect confidentiality, handle grievance processes.
• Certifications: verify records (background checks, fingerprinting, etc.).
• Employment law: stay current and attend required HR training.
• Perform duties related to FMLA, workers’ compensation, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate scheduling and modify duties as needed; assist with exit interviews.
