Qualifications

• Support HR recruiting administration, including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Assist with job posting, applicant communication, and recruiting workflow support.
• Process onboarding documents, I-9 forms, background checks, and new hire paperwork.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming applicant resumes and assist with identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and post job requisitions across recruiting channels and job boards.
• Support new hire onboarding, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and paperwork processing.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with document organization and data entry.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
