Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of admin, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Tech savvy with ATS, HRIS, and MS Office 365 proficiency.
• On-site work in Hugo, MN; Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR/Recruiting/Safety department and respond to applicant communications.
• Source, screen and qualify candidates for roles.
• Administer ATS/HRIS data entry and reporting.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including internet postings and referrals.
• Support HR, Recruiting and Safety projects as needed.
